Well, it will depend on the person that will answer on that, but for me, I'm all for Inkscape. It is giving me such satisfaction that I'm needing in editing as of now.

They doesn't have this readily template just like in Publisher. Well for me, it would be much better if you insert a birthday card from google, then copy the formats in inkscape.
